Villa de vacances à Gordes avec piscine partagée, La Bastide de Léa

Dennis was amazing. Not only did he meet us when we arrived, he helped us build an itinerary for every day! We bumped into him several times during our stay and we were always met with a smile and a little more advice.

Perfect location for a stay in Gordes. House is spacious, high quality and well looked after. Quiet at night and a delightful private terrace to enjoy an evening meal/drink.

Denis communicated with us through Whatsapp and met us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know. He also provided us daily with ideas about what to do. The apartment had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the covered porch. The beds were very comfortable and the air-con worked great when needed. It was close enough to town to walk but far enough away to not feel like we were right in the middle of the crowds of Gordes. We rented e-bikes and rode to different towns each morning. We would be happy to stay there again.

The photos were a bit misleading as we thought we were staying in our own house, not an apartment attached to 5 other apartments. We also thought (from photos) that we had our own pool. It was fine as no one else was at the pool though!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls prima, man kann zu Fuss nach Gordes laufen, für kleine Wanderungen (z.B. zum Kloster Abbaye Notre-Dame de Sénanque) kann man direkt vom Haus starten, nach Avignon oder Arles kommt man gut innerhalb von einer Stunde mit dem Auto. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos, stets freundlich und wir haben noch viele Ausflugstipps etc. bekommen.
