Condo is ski-in-ski-out when there is enough snow on Village Run / Condo Run. There is a path that leads to the village few minutes away.
Unit 4012 is clean but basic. Bed in bedroom is comfortable. Futon in living room looks newish. There is a smart TV. Heater and hot water were adequate. Kitchen was functional with a new smart looking microwave.
Rest of the unit is bare-bone (like college dorm).
Different from the photo, dining chairs and bar stools are now all metal without padding, not the most comfortable to relax in after a hard day of skiing. Didn’t check out the loft as it requires a climb on a straight up ladder.
Unit is on the second floor, no elevator. Parking right outside condo also involves a flight of stairs. See photo, unit 2nd floor left, ski runs to the right.
Personally, if I were to stay at Ski Trail condos again, I’d look for a ground floor unit so I don’t have to lug ski/luggage up/down stairs.
