Lage nahe der zauberhaften Altstadt, sauberes, ruhiges Apartment, Busanbindung (1 und 3) zu Bahnhof und Altstadt.
Heutzutage läuft das Mieten eines Ferienappartments wie auch Borgo Gemona doch sehr anonym ab. Verschiedene Codes für Haus, Wohnung, Schlüsselsafe usw. haben uns bei der Ankunft doch leicht gestresst. Die WhatsApp Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jedoch vorbildlich.

Struttura situata in una posizione centralissima, e nonostante questo con una buona possibilità di parcheggio (in strada, a pagamento). Ambiente perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione e alle immagini, molto confortevole, pulito, silenzioso. Buona, in generale, la dotazione dell'appartamento. Comunicazione con i responsabili veloce, precisa e cortese.
Pur comprendendone la funzione, che è quella di contenere comportamenti incontrollati, disordine e anarchia, le numerose penali mi sono parse forse un po' sproporzionate, ma non ho idea del criterio reale con cui vengono applicate (mi riferisco, ad esempio, a bevande e alimenti lasciati in frigorifero: mi auguro che una bottiglia d'acqua, chiusa, dimenticata all'interno non faccia scattare alcuna sanzione). Per il resto, nulla da segnalare, il livello qualitativo è altissimo.

Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, Top Lage (nur ein paar min. Fußweg in die Altstadt), neue und moderne Küche, sehr ruhig am Balkon.
Gestank aus Abfluss in der Dusche, keine Möglichkeit das 2. kleinere Schlafzimmer zu verdunkeln.
