Wonderful little cabin with great kitchen, porch, and comfortable bed and couch.
The Sedona Pines front desk staff were not very helpful when my roommate lost her credit card while dining at the Bella Vita Restaurant, which is the ONLY dining option located on the property. The waiter gave back the wrong credit card in the very dim lighting as we were seated outside on the patio. The wrong card was the exact same color as my roommates.
No one from Sedona Pines had contact information to the Bella Vita Restaurant manager, and the restaurant didn't open until 4:00 pm. We were given wrong information that the woman who had my friend's card was on a tour, when in fact the next morning she was on a plane back to Connecticut.
My roommate had to ask the restaurant owner for a complimentary dinner meal and the waitress suggested some comp'd red wine with dinner. When it was time to leave our dining, the manager insisted that "per Arizona State Law" she had to pay for the wine!
So summary here is that the Sedona Pines Resort has beautiful grounds and cabins. The Bella Vita Restaurant has delicious food. But if anything goes away, no one takes responsibility for the huge inconveniences made to the customer and customer service is certainly lacking.
