The place was wonderful, on a top floor, really close to the beach, two balconys, one with great view on the sea and the promenade, and the other on the street, very airy (there is no air conditioning but it is not really needed), clean and very well equipped. Very nice and helpful host.
closing the shower door was a bit tricky (but we figured it out :))
