As you step into our cozy retreat, you'll be greeted by an inviting and stylish ambiance. The open-concept living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, with comfy seating and unique boho decor that adds a touch of personality.
*King-Sized Comfort* A large bedroom with a king sized bed ensures for a restful nights sleep.
*Relaxing Daybed* A cozy full-size daybed offers a comfortable spot to relax, read or nap, with soft cushions. Perfect for extra guests.
*Full Kitchen* The space is equipped with a full size kitchen and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to whip up a home cooked meal.
*Exercise Equipment* Maintain your fitness routine with a variety of weights, bands, yoga mat, blocks, and foam roller for stretching.
*Dedicated Workspace* For those who need to stay productive, we've provided a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi ensuring you can stay connected and get work done.
*Covered Patio* Step outside to our charming covered patio. It's a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. Relax in the comfortable outdoor seating and take in the fresh air. A grill is provided for an outdoor bbq with ample seating.
**Guest access** This property is separated into two different units; one upstairs at street level (our Charming PNW Modern Oasis) and one downstairs (this one- PNW Modern Hideaway). If you did not reserve both units then you will not be allowed to enter the upstairs or park in the driveway. We ask that you are respectful of the house rules and designated spaces ensuring all of our guests have the best possible stay.

The place is beautiful and easy to find, located in a cute, tree lined neighborhood. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Renting a basement can be a bit of a gamble, unfortunately, the guests upstairs had young kids, so it wasn’t the quietest experience.
