Our beautiful beachfront apartment, in a residence with elevator, private covered parking space and gorgeous swimming pool, consists of a bedroom with double bed, a cozy dining/living room with a double sofa bed, a full bathroom shower box and an equipped open kitchen, with microwave, washing machine, dish washer and oven. Great terrace and A/C available at an extra weekly cost.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-Only small pets allowed on request: no cats allowed. Up to 6kg > 50eur pet/week
-Under no circumstances, medium and large sized pets are allowed.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

Porto Santa Margherita is a wonderful and renowned seaside destination in Veneto, near Caorle, North of Venice. Porto Santa Margherita is gifted with wide and sandy beaches on the Adriatic Sea, a lovely and long promenade for relaxing walks and fascinating fishing traditions, which you can enjoy along the waterways of Caorle lagoon. The beaches are excellently equipped, lined with rows of sunbeds and umbrellas.

Porto Santa Margherita is the ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Bike rental is also available for you. You can relax on the beach or do several sports, from tennis, bowls, beach tennis, beach volley and beach soccer to water sports, such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
