About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 52 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Plomodiern, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 214 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 16 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Veranda with dining area
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single twin beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine.
Exterior:
- A 214 m² enclosed garden facing south
- A 10m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- Hike the GR paths from Plomodiern, between moors, cliffs and sea views.
- Try your hand at sand yachting or surfing on the main beaches within walking distance.
- Explore the medieval village of Locronan, listed as one of the most beautiful in France, just 10 km away.
- Take a day trip to discover the Crozon peninsula and its spectacular coastal scenery.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the house grounds for 2 vehicles. An electric recharging point is available outside the cottage. You can also park 2 vehicles in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Châteaulin station, 20 min by car, or Quimper station, 30 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne airport, 50 min by car

- A garden box with padlock is at your disposal: it contains the garden table and chairs, as well as a badminton set (for the garden), a games bag and a beach chair and beach cart.
