About this apartment rental
Very nice apartment of 60 m2 located on the 2nd floor without elevator:
- One entry
- A fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room with a sofa bed
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed in 140 x 200, closet
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (double bed possible), storage
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilets
NB: beds with duvets
Equipment: fridge with freezer part, microwave combo, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, TV.
Outside:
- A terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a garden furniture
- A numbered parking space.
- A small common room.
Bonus: Air et Mer Pass card offered for discounted activities! (see list in leisure offers).
Note:
- Electricity included in season, extra on the meter reading from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26 cost per kwh according to EDF basic tariff in force
- Bed linen and towels not provided - Possibility of rental:16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvet cover; kit of towels (2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : 20 €, or possibility to the unit.
- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini box Wifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility of booking a cleaning package: 85 €
- Small size pets accepted with an extra charge of € 29/ animal/ week including short stay.
- Early arrival/ late departure (by express agreement of the agency and according to possibilities): 20 €/h, with a maximum of 70 €
