Located just minutes from the historic waterfront town of Poulsbo and only 25 minutes from the Seattle ferry, Evergreen View Lookout offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to local attractions. Inside, the main level of the home offers an inviting, light-filled living room with a cozy gas fireplace and expansive windows that frame the stunning views. A large, fully stocked kitchen—complete with all the cooking essentials and a dedicated coffee bar—makes mealtime a breeze. The main level features four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, TV, generous closet space, a private en suite bathroom, and access to a covered patio with seating and breathtaking views.
