About this house rental
My home is tucked into a nice peaceful neighborhood close to all major highways and shopping. There's a waterfall in the backyard to listen too while sitting up on the balcony enjoying your morning or evening. There's a big firepit with a wrap around bench for the cool evenings, a swing in the backyard tree to relax and read a book in. For those long and exhausting days you can jump in the jacuzzi and relax away the day. For that exercising type there's a room upstairs with a stationary bike, a Bowflex, an aversion table, with a tv. If your up for an adventure or some exercise there's a beautiful park called Guajome Park right across the street with a little pond you can fish in, trails to walk or bike around in, and a playground for the kids to play on. There's also a paved riding/running trail right at the intersection of N Sante Fe and the 76 that goes all the way to the beach. The kitchen is very large with a big center island that's inviting to sit around while one cooks or to just enjoy time.

This house is far more spacious than the pictures depict. Immaculate and beautiful with lots of character. The kitchen is extremely spacious and well equipped. We chose this property for the amenities that would accommodate our family for thanksgiving and it served us beautifully. The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower in the master suite is heavenly. A spa in itself. We loved having coffee on the patio in the mornings with the peaceful sound of the waterfall. In the evenings our family loved gathering around the large fire pit. I always travel with my dogs and only look for pet friendly properties and I appreciated how safe and secure the yard was for them. (Peace of mind for me) The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and an easy hop on the 76 or 78 to get to the beach. The host was very accommodating and we had great communication through the booking. I hope to stay there again in the future.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced on a vacation. The backyard is beautiful and the owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.
