Located in one of the most charming regions of the Tuscan coast, between Punta Ala and the Argentario, this family-friendly holiday complex is set amidst approximately 25 hectares of Mediterranean gardens. Surrounded by lush greenery and just two kilometers from the picturesque center of Castiglione della Pescaia, it offers the ideal combination of nature, comfort, and proximity to the beach. Grosseto is approximately 25 kilometers away, and Pisa Airport is approximately 130 kilometers away. The complex consists of approximately 96 residential units, located either in the three-story main building or in the surrounding buildings, also surrounded by greenery. The apartments are on the ground or first floor. Amenities include a reception, a spacious lounge area with satellite TV, a restaurant with a pizzeria and takeaway service, a small supermarket, a pool bar, a laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and parking. A large swimming pool (25 x 12 meters) and a separate children's pool are available to guests throughout the season. Sun loungers and parasols are included. The two-room Classic apartments (CL4) are approximately 30 square meters in size and functionally furnished. They feature a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, and a kitchenette with an electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are also available. A furnished balcony or terrace with an awning invites you to relax outdoors.
