About this house rental
A beautiful two bedroom town house situated in the stunning Pissouri Village complete with it's own private pool.
Situated in a peaceful setting only five minutes from Pissouri square.
Entering the front door brings you into the living area and the staircase which takes you to the first floor where there are views of the mountains. Next to the front door is the living area with guest toilet and sink.
The lounge area has a comfortable two and three person sofa, sideboard, TV, DVD and android TV box. Further to this it is air conditioned and there is a door which opens out to a patio leading to the front garden and private pool.
In the dining area there is a dining table with six chairs.
The lounge area continues into a fully equipped and good sized open plan kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all mod cons. There is a back door that leads to a private parking area for two cars.
The upstairs bedrooms are both en-suite. One bedroom has twin beds and one a double. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes with bedside tables and lamps. Further to this is a dresser with a chair and mirror. In addition to this the master bedroom which is air conditioned and has a patio door which leads out to a balcony with views of the mountains. This bedroom also has a walk in shower with toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has two single beds, two double built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, bedside tables, dresser and a mirror, once again as with the other bedroom this is air conditioned. The twin bedroom has an en-suite walk in shower, sink and toilet.
The outside front garden, patio and private pool has one table with four chairs and an outside shower.
There is parking outside the front and rear of the house and in addition there is further parking if needed near the main road.
The house is within walking distance of the beautiful village of Pissouri with its breath taking views and Cypriot way of life. Ten minutes drive away situated below the village is the stunning bay of Pissouri. Pissorui village is less than 30 minutes drive from Paphos airport and a 30 minute drive to the wonderful city of Limassol. Other attractions like the Troodos Mountain are a 45 minute drive.
Pissouri is a small friendly village that boasts many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and has all amenities such as banks, supermarket and pharmacy.
Smoking is permitted outside of the property.
Staying at Sunrise will be both a relaxing holiday for families and couples and will give you a real insight into Cypriot life.

Great place to stay with so many extras provided. We booked the villa and couldn’t of asked for a better location for the wedding venue. Svetlana was always a message away and responded immediately.

With the weather not being the best this week I spent a lot of time in the villa. Loved the villa, good outside pool area which is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos, walking in through the front door into the open plan living area was great. TV was perfect with android box, and comfy sofas, supplies of washing up products etc all there and ready to go, up the stairs are the two bedrooms both with ensuites with showers, loads of cupboard space in both rooms and a comfy bed! The balcony in the master bedroom looked out perfect onto the sunset. The host was so welcoming and helpful too, seen a review saying they had issues with the pool. Personally I had no problem, pool and surrounding area was perfectly clean and was cleaned by the very friendly pool guy at least twice during the week(May have been more). Pool area gets the sun all day which is perfect for those seeking a suntan,. Size of the villa would be perfect for a small family,. This part of the village is very nice and peaceful with no traffic passing the villa, but still possible to walk down to the village square if you needed to. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

The villa was welcoming and comfortable.We really enjoyed our time in the villa " Sunrise" A real home from home.There was three generations staying and it is suited us all.The pool is just right for a family to chill and have some fun.
Perfect location for village square which has a choice of restaurants.
Spezial Thanks to Svetlana for the use of the villa.
We hope to return soon.
