Overall nice spot, especially if you are going to Silver Dollar City. Easy walk in level condo.Area to park our boat was a plus!

The property was wonderful and the housekeeping contact was so helpful and delightful: we can't say the same for dealing with the sub-management company Evolve! We will not deal with them again, didn't know they were involved until after making the booking with VRBO THEN got an email from Evolve - very policy ridden group, don't listen to customers and like a robot just kept repeating their policies. Policies are one thing but VRBO didn't tell us they were handing us over to Evolve to have additional charges added to our bill, really deceptive way of doing things: never doing that again if Evolve is involved.
