The instructions to get to the property were clear and simple.
Carlotta responded quickly to my emails and went above and beyond to secure us a restaurant booking, suggest sightseeing ideas and other restaurants nearby for a fabulous stay.
The apartment is gorgeous.The location is perfect. The windows look out onto the lake. There is a narrow balcony to the side where we sat to drink the wine Carlotta had left for us in the fridge and to enjoy the sunset over the lake. At night we slept with our bedroom windows open, the view of the lights across the lake and the mountains in the distance was lovely. We only used the double bedroom but there is a twin bedroom upstairs which also has great views.

We loved practically everything about this place, and It wouldn’t be possible not to like the location - the view is absolutely INCREDIBLE, and it’s just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to pick up coffee and pastries for breakfast. Belisimo!
We did have a bit of difficulty finding the apartment, so a map attachment and brief description of the whereabouts would have been helpful. Also, wheeling suitcases along the lakeside promenade is not ideal, so informing guests that they should take the high road (Via Venini) from the Ferry dock would be a good idea, too.

Carlotta was a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations. Casa Fabrizia holds a special place in our hearts.
The house has so much love, warmth and unique charm. We definitely would love to stay there again.
