The atmosphere, quite and clean
The contract person who suppose to give the access code was not good communicative , it about 4 hours to get that code, he was not explaining to us why should we send our IDs because we already have the booking ref number. He cut the phone he refused to pic it up again until we try to call him from other phone numbers . To find the door number was also difficult he did not direct us.
