Proximity to the resort, only 5 mins walk from the lift of the Kirkwood snow resort.
Nice comfortable size place for two
Good amenities
Cleaness - there were sands on the floor
Thin wall to the neighbor - it can be very annoying when you have loud neighbors

Apartment's balcony is a nice bonus: it faces the nature, not the main street on the opposite side.
Kitchen has all you need for a short stay (including a gas oven!). Just remember to bring all food supplies with you, especially during the summer, when Kirkwood mostly hibernates.
Complex jacuzzi is closed during the summer. But taking a shower after each hike was enough.

I love the balcony, kitchenette and the parking place.. My children loves the bunk bed. Great location.The staff was friendly and helpful.
Everything was great except the heater. It wasn't strong enough to heat up the whole room. We still felt cold that night. The balcony was total darkness at night.
