The outdoor space was nice in the morning. The full kitchen was great for my 5 person family. The owner was super friendly and communication was great.
The parking was difficult to find. It is located under the building and not meant for a vehicle larger than a small SUV. I doubt a minivan would fit. My suburban barely made it down and we were only able to park because the garage was empty. It definitely didn't fit in the space. My rig bottomed out pulling out. We had to have someone on the road telling us if it was clear because you can't see if anyone is coming and the drive is too steep to stop for long. The apartment was OK. I loved having a kitchen, but the amenities felt like a college apartment, not a place in this price range. We found spider webs in the rooms and the bathroom needed another pass over.
