Pour une simple chambre mal conçue car il faut passer par les toilettes pour y accéder, le prix est élevé. Si l’on ajoute dans les locaux communs une cafetière sans capsules et une autre avec du café moulu impossible à utiliser, cela peut paraitre des petites choses, mais cela casse le potentiel du lieu.
