Easy to get to, right in the middle of downtown Xalapa. Very clean. Has almost everything you need to cook basic stuff (a small coffee maker or french press would be nice) if you're staying for one night like we did.
Didn't get hot water, just lukewarm. No biggie for me but hopefully can be hotter (?). Perhaps sending bigger, easier to read instructions (the font size was too small) and maybe place a sign over the stairs.

Un punto extra fue el servicio de Netflix. Muy limpio, ordenado y tranquilo. Me gustó bastante
Fue un poco complicado encontrar la entrada, debido a que no se encuentra la dirección visible. El número no estaba a la vista y el número de contacto no respondió. Al final, logramos dar con la entrada y todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.
