The room was comfortable, was a good size and good value. There was excellent comunication from the owner. It was everything I needed for 1 night. The bus stop is very close to the property to get to the centre of Derby or the train or bus station.

Nice location walkable to Derby Arena, keys can be collected from a locker, rooms, kitchen facilities and toilets were okay.
Microwave were rusty old, but it works.

The host. Ozzy is very professional, kind and caring to one's needs, he is very 'welcoming and gives you a lot of respect.
