About this house rental
Completely renovated lovely home that has it all! Swing on the front porch bench, lounge on the huge sectional sofa while binging shows on the 55” TV, relax by the fireplace! What can’t you do here?? With excellent wifi and a workspace, it's also a great place to work from home. If you *must* go out, there are tons of cool shops and restaurants in nearby Irvington.
Featuring the famous smallest bathroom in the world (not yet confirmed with Guinness). Absolutely no parties or events!
This home is one half of a duplex. Two bedrooms, one upstairs, both with queen-size 10" memory foam mattresses and an extra 8" memory foam full size bed! There is a sectional sofa in the living room and a 55" TV. The historic fireplace has been replaced with an electronic fireplace insert that also works as a heater, perfect for the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a great meal. There is a workspace in one of the bedrooms and one parking space in the back. There's abundant street parking or you can fit two or three cars in the driveway (they will block each other in).
Please note that there are stairs. And again, the bathroom is really small!! Noise, parties, and smoking strictly prohibited.

Everything was great!! Me my sister and best friend took my 3 neices (12, 7, 4) and nephew (5) to Indianapolis for a few days before school starts back up!! This place was great for what we needed. Big living room for hang out time, a small kitchen which we didn’t need a big one since we were gone most of the day. Rooms were perfect considering the kids slept with us anyway so no extra space was needed! All over a great place!! The only complaints I have is when we walked it the welcome page talked about having technology to detect noise and that we needed to be quiet ( understandable to a point as it is half a duplex) but that was not mentioned on the listing. So I reached out to the host and explained we have kids we can do what we can. He responded that the neighbors were noise sensitive and to just keep it quiet. So we felt we had to keep our children from having fun because we were worried about the noise. Also the house alarm went off one morning and I was never given the code to turn it off so I had to unplug it. I messaged about the alarm stating it went off so I had to unplug it what should I do, I never got a response. It is a GREAT place to stay if you’re hanging out with some adult friends and need the space to crash for a few but I would not suggest kids unless you’re super quiet with them.
