🌊 This cosy one-bedroom flat is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking to explore the coast, unwind, and feel right at home.
☕ Step into an open-plan lounge and full-size kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook up local produce or enjoy a lazy morning with coffee.
🧥There’s a small porch area for shoes and coats — perfect after a day at the beach or walking the cliffs.
🛏️ The bedroom is snug but has a double bed, hanging rail, and drawers to keep things tidy.
🚿 The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and handy hooks for your wet bits after a sea swim
🅿️ Off-road parking space included, with a permit provided on arrival. (Please make sure the permit is displayed at all times and returned at checkout — there is a replacement fee of £100 if this is not left).

How many people can the flat sleep?
The flat comfortably sleeps 2 in the double bedroom. There's also a double sofa bed in the lounge if needed for 2 more — just let me know in advance so I can leave extra bedding.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. I’ll send full instructions ahead of your stay — self check-in makes it super easy.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets — I want to keep the flat allergy-friendly for all guests.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes — there’s a full-size kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Perfect if you feel like eating in.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes — fast and reliable. Great for streaming or remote working.
Can I walk to the beach?
Absolutely — the flat is just a few minutes’ walk from Tolcarne, Great Western, and Lusty Glaze beaches.
