Enter into the open-plan living space, with a sitting area offering plenty of seating where you can curl up and relax in the evening, in front of the Smart TV, providing the entertainment.
The kitchen offers the basic amenities for a short break, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and wine chiller, so you are well-equipped for a week away.
Gather round the dining table and discuss tomorrow’s plans or whip out a board game and enjoy some quality family time.
Each bedroom has been neatly presented, offering a king-size with en-suite shower, a double and a twin, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over, so you can enjoy lazy soaks after a long day.
Take a drink outside and rest at the decking furniture, taking in the tranquil setting and rural vistas, or wander the grounds of the park as you become familiar with your surroundings.
Residing in the rural village of Kilkhampton, there are plenty of amenities on hand, including two pubs, a supermarket, hairdressers, pizzeria, a butchers and a Chinese takeaway, offering plenty of choice.
Pack your seaside equipment and head to the beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Northcott Mouth, Crackington Haven, Duckpool Beach and Widemouth Bay, along with Bude’s beaches of Crooklets and Summerleaze with the Bude Sea Pool.
While here, be sure to explore Bude’s selection of shops, pubs and supermarkets, with plenty of fun-filled activities like the Leisure centre, bowling alley and soft play area which is perfect for children.
Other family adventures can be enjoyed at the parks of Big Sheep or the Milky Way Adventure Park, with the chance for them to enjoy animal encounters, go on rides and rollercoasters and explore play areas. Once those are completed, the Cornish coastline is teeming with vibrant towns of villages, including Tintagel, Boscastle and Bideford, while the rugged landscape of Bodmin Moor provides magnificent walking routes.

Kilkhampton is an historic Cornish village, 4 miles from the popular Victorian seaside resort of Bude, one of Cornwall’s premier holiday locations. With its old church, village shops and atmospheric village pubs, Kilkhampton is a lovely place to relax after a hard day exploring the stunning beaches and spectacular coastal scenery for which the area is famous. Bude’s beaches attract surfers from all over the country and when conditions are right you’d be hard pushed to find better surf. When the tide is out, miles of golden sand and hundreds of rock pools keep visitors occupied for hours. The South West Coast Path, and many other rights-of-way winding over the clifftops and through lush green fields looking out over the sea, make this area a haven for walkers and lovers of the open countryside. For those who prefer staying closer to home, a good shopping centre and a selection of pubs, two clubs and restaurants are on offer. Bude canal, a registered nature reserve, passes through the town, and rowing a boat along its calm waters or walking the towpath among the beautiful (and friendly) water fowl that live among the reeds is a great way to spend an hour or two. Within the area there are also 2 golf courses, an indoor swimming pool, bowling alley at the leisure centre. A perfect location for all that North Cornwall has to offer.
