Bedroom 1: king size bed (can be amended to a twin on request), bedside drawers, reading lights, wardrobe, console table, mirror
Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside drawers, reading lights, wardrobe, mirror
Bathroom: bath with shower over, wash basin, WC
Open plan sitting and dining room:
Sitting area: two 2-seater sofas, armchair, reading lamp, 42” Smart TV, panoramic sea views
Dining area: dining table with seating for 4
Kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, panoramic sea views
OUTSIDE
The property is set back from the road with a lawn and shrubs providing a natural divide, and a sunny patio area. To the rear of the property the large balcony is accessed from the sitting room with outdoor table and beautiful sea views. Private parking for up to 2 cars on the driveway (quite steep) or level parking on roadside adjacent to property.
