New House Farm is a house consisting of a open-plan area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, seating for eight guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV, a utility with washing machine, microwave, and basin, a sitting room with Smart TV and a game room with TV and Xbox. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom and TV, two doubles, and twin, serviced by a bathroom, shower room and a first-floor cloakroom and two ground-floor cloakrooms. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog. Sorry, no smoking. New House Farm is a wonderful escape to Warwickshire, whatever time of year. Note: Surrounding fields have sheep and lambs in, dogs must be under control when in the garden as it is not fully enclosed. Note: There is a hose in the back garden, which the farmer uses to fill the water trough in the field when the sheep and lambs are there.
