Fallows consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining space, sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and a twin. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture, hot tub, and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Shop and pub 1.1 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Town: St Asaph, though small, was awarded city status in 2012, even though it boasts a population of little over 3500 occupants. Lying in the Vale of Clwyd, six miles between Denbigh and the coastal town of Rhyl, in North Wales, St Asaph enjoys a strategic location overlooking the rivers Clwyd and Elwy.
