Accommodations were great. Appliances all appeared new. Close to town but still quite so very convenient. Loved the hiking! Loved the restaurants.

We loved the apartment and the location. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance and it's less than a five minute walk to the beach. There is a balcony which we enjoyed people watching. Overall this is a great unit nicely decorated lots of room. The only disappointment was when we checked out the owner sent me an insulting what's app text saying we trashed the place and implied we were dirty. Not the case. I say this for the next renters, be sure to take a video of the apartment before you check out so this doesn't happen to you. We did and it clearly shows the place wasn’t left messy, however she did not even bother to watch it.

We had a wonderfull experience. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern. The balcony is so fun for people watching. The location in the old town is perfect. We arrived with a car and the parking garage is a 2 minute walk away. I highly recommend this apartment for families traveling by car. The old town in Monterosso was our favorite spot on all of the Cinque Terre!

Despite the day-long train strike Luisa kept in touch with all of our updates almost immediately and was flexible enough to check us in much later than our anticipated arrival time. She acknowledged our exaustion and did a thoughfully quick yet comprehensive check-in. The apartment was super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kicten was well equiped. And the general style eased us into our vacation. Given the oppurtunity to return to Monterosso this is the only place we would consider staying.
