About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 95 m² house for rent in Pénestin, 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
- A 15 m² living room with sofas
- A dining room
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Shower room with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 1,000 m² enclosed garden
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (currently being finished)
The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 cars).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
