Welcome to your Bear Mountain getaway — a bright, spacious home designed for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the best of West Coast living. Whether you`re here for golf, a family trip, or a quiet escape, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
The open-concept main floor features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace. Unwind in the living room on the oversized sectional with a Smart TV, or gather in the fully equipped kitchen with an eating nook and formal dining area. Just off the kitchen, step out to the private patio with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and covered dining space — perfect for evenings outside.
Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms:
Primary bedroom with king bed + ensuite (soaker tub & glass shower)
Two additional bedrooms with queen beds
Full main bathroom with ample space
A spacious upstairs office also doubles as a second lounge area, with access to an additional deck overlooking the backyard — ideal for quiet mornings or extra space to unwind.

This home is located in one of Langford’s most sought-after communities, known for its peaceful setting, active lifestyle, and proximity to both nature and city amenities.
Important Notes:
Self check-in via keyless entry (code provided on arrival day)
Parking for up to 2 vehicles (1 driveway + street parking)
Garage is not available for guest use
No pets, no smoking, no parties or events
There is a self-contained tenant suite located at the back corner of the property with a completely separate entrance. Guests have full private use of the main home and backyard; the tenant does not access guest areas during stays.
Guests will communicate with our Guest Services Team through the booking platform, and we’re always happy to assist with anything you need during your stay.
