The place was advertised as having 24/7 presence of an person. But that person left 5 pm and returned 9 am. Not a problem if it's properly stated, but they overpromised in this respect

Room had a fridge and a kettle
The pool isn’t very private and has a lot of flowers and leaves falling in from above doesn’t catch much sun
