Zentrale Lage mitten in der Innenstadt mit super Anschluss der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wohnung ist ziemlich neu.
Es gab unterschiedliche Angaben zum Check in als bei der Buchung, sind dann aber doch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen zur gebuchten früheren Zeit eingecheckt. Der Fernseher ist echt blöd eingestellt, man kann nicht das normale Programm nutzen, das soll aber geändert werden. Die Rostockcard wurde dann nach mehreren Aufforderungen erteilt, insoweit haben obige Sachen keinen Einfluss auf den Aufenthalt.

Super eingerichtet - Wohlfühlzimmer- , zentral alles gleich um die Ecke und auch die Straßenbahnen.
Eingang ist etwas unsauber für den Preis, Verdunkelte Gardinen wären nett und man hat das Gefühl, man kann ins Bad von oben schauen (Evtl Milchglasfolie anbringen) Uns hat es trotzdem gefallen!

Das an Anreise Tag nicht gereinigt war Müll waren alle voll und alte Bettwäsche noch dran waren und Pfandflaschen überall in der Küche
