Porto Antica Torre Piccamiglio

Torre storica ristrutturata benissimo. Comfort e silenzio. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e le lenzuola profumate. Torneremo sicuramente per goderci la terrazza magnifica.

Alloggio caratteristico situato in una torre antica con una vista spettacolare sul porto antico e sulla città di Genova. Arredamento piacevole dal design moderno con una grande tv satellitare per ogni camera. Zona centrale e parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Descrizione poco chiara dell’alloggio. Rilevante specificare che ci siano degli spazi in comune con gli altri appartamenti della torre, come l’ingresso e la cucina, e che la cucina sia utilizzabile solo pagando un sovraprezzo. Inoltre l’appartamento si raggiunge con diverse rampe di scale senza possibilità di ascensore, dettaglio non trascurabile per bagagli e/o esigenze fisiche. Il bagno non presentava una pulizia ottimale, in particolare doccia e lavello.

Torre del 1200 restaurata nei minimi dettagli. Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro e a 200 m dal mare. Moltissimi ristoranti vicini. Pulizia della camera eccezionale. Silenzio e comfort ai massimi livelli. Il top è la vista panoramica su Genova.

The view from the top is exceptional. Even the design of the rooms are quite nice, comparing to the age of the building. They're well equiped and would be even good for a week. This is just a room of an aparment - from the 3.

The room we booked would need to climb up 140 steps to the main door and than an additional 60 in the apartment to reach the top. Which could be OK if we know it in advance. There was no aircondition in the room, just a fan and only on the level of the beds as the apartment has 3 levels inside! Host offered another room with airconditions, however we found a dead cockroach on the floor and you need to pass the shared kitchen/dining room to go to your bathroom. Our flight delayed and the first reaction of host was to send back that he won't pay back anything... hm.
