Sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort und eine tolle Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen egal ob Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars oder Clubs. Auch am Meer ist man in wenigen Minuten. Alles ist neu und sehr modern eingerichtet und gut klimatisiert. Auch ideal für Sport begeisterte da das Studio im Preis mit enthalten ist und in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und jederzeit wieder kommen

Alles in allem war es einfach perfekt! Der Besitzer der Wohnanlage George war sehr zuvorkommend. Er ist ein absoluter Herzensmensch! Man hat sich einfach sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ideal. Man erreicht in 5 Gehminuten die Straße mit Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und Geschäften.Es gibt eine kostenlose Klimaanlage und eine gute Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Check in und Check out war einfach und ohne Probleme. Wenn wir wiederkommen dann nur zu Georges Wohnanlage.

Υπέροχο μοντέρνο δωμάτιο και τέλεια τοποθεσία. Κοντά στο Φαληράκι αλλά ταυτόχρονα μακριά από τον θόρυβο. Ο Γιώργος ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός και μας έκανε το τσεκ ιν εύκολα και γρήγορα.

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and everything was perfect. The apartments are new, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable with a firm new mattress, and there is a small kitchen for cooking. We especially loved the shower – spacious, with excellent water pressure, which is not very common in Greece. The bathroom was stocked with good quality shower gel and soap.
Another big plus is the laundry available for all guests free of charge, which was very convenient – no need to wash swimsuits and towels by hand. The place was spotless, with cleaning and fresh towels every two days.
Another great advantage is that the room is equipped with mosquito nets, which made our stay very comfortable.
The location is excellent: a quiet area away from noisy streets and traffic, yet only a 15-minute walk to Faliraki beach. In general, the whole place is very peaceful – no neighbors, no noise, and we slept really well. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The host was very friendly, always available, responding quickly and helping with any questions. Guests also have free access to a nearby gym, which we didn’t use but found to be a nice bonus.
There were a few small things that could be improved. On the balcony (terrace) there is no umbrella or shade, so in the early morning the sun shines directly in, and it’s not possible to have breakfast outside. In the room there is little storage space: only one small wardrobe without shelves, so clothes can only be hung on hangers with no place to fold them. In the evening we missed having softer, dimmer lighting for a cozier atmosphere. It would also be nice to have a bit more kitchenware, for example a few extra plates.
