The hotel and staff are amazing, we had some issues with travel but the staff looked after my wife and daughter and even extended our stay. Really gracious.
The facilities are incredible and the setting is beautiful
We would love to return
The only negative I could write is that due to our stay being at the end of the season a lot of the hotel had stated to close, all facilities should remain open so guests can enjoy the hotel from the first day to the last

El sitio es absolutamente espectacular , mas que un hotel es una experiencia , el mobiliario es de calidad , diseño de interiores espectacular, hay que detenerse para apreciar cada detalle en cada rincón, hay tanta variedad de comida que no sabes ni que elegir, muy bien preparada y servida, los restaurantes a la carta un auténtico lujo, el servicio sin palabras, cuidan y miman cada detalle. Viajamos mucho pero este sin duda ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles y experiencias de nuestra vida . Si alguien viaja con niños, para ellos es un sueño , el kids club y la variedad de actividades que hay , es una locura. Enhorabuena y muchas gracias por esta semana tan maravillosa
