We just loved this property. We will be coming back next year. It’s very well equipped. Very clear guidelines and information about the area, etc. Things that we thought were kind of nice to have, even though we didn’t really need them were the spare toothbrush in case somebody forgot theirs, there were K cups, available and creamer, which you don’t always find in Airbnb‘s and VRBO. Bathrooms were very clean lots of towels available, and beach towels. Not that we use them as it is December. Soap, shampoo and body wash in dispensers. The washer dryer is a plus for anybody staying for an extended stay.
These were not dealbreakers for us. It would probably be nice to have cable television available. And the smaller bedroom does not have a window, I think that’s worth knowing.

Location was great and close to the beach

I liked the location away from all the people and noise. The condo inside was extremely kept up . The person in charge really paid attention to detail the mermaids and sea shells to the toothpicks and even toothbrushes just in case you forget yours.
The grass wasn’t mowed and the bushes were not trimmed blocking the water view. Even the trees could have been trimmed in order to enjoy the dock area. Upon my arrival, I thought what did I get myself into this place looks dumpy. Yard maintenance and even needs outside paint touch ups.
