Beautifully decorated throughout. Open plan layout downstairs, modern kitchen, comfy corner sofa.

Enough rooms and best use of space. Clearly spent money on extending and improving property. Unfortunately, a decent sized living room seems to have been sacrificed for 4th bedroom. So you can’t really all sit together unless half of you sit in kitchen diner. That said all the properties are like that in the area and they have made it clean, comfortable and with all mod cons.
Didn’t like the stairs. Definitely needs a handrail on the left hand side as there is nothing substantial to hold on to and stairs are a little steep.
