Excellent location, very spacious and airy. Simple but attractive nautical decor. King-size bed was very comfortable. Basic kitchen amenities were more than adequate for our needs.
TV had volume issues, pretty much unusable because at the highest setting, it was still inaudible.. Tried to tweak whatever settings I could, but to no avail. Didn't expect to watch much during our stay, but there were times it would have been nice.

The property is in a fantastic location walking distance to shops and restaurants in the heart of town. . It was very clean and perfect for a couple’s weekend near the ocean.
Apparently when we stayed due to the fact it was a new listing, there were several things that went unchecked or un noticed prior to our check in such as maintenance issues, wi-fi problems, and overall communication failures. The walls between the units are paper thin so hopefully you have a respectful neighbor during your stay. The stairs leading to the unit are fairly narrow and steep.
