Petit studio bien équipé et fonctionnel avec terrasse sans vis à vis. Annexe mitoyenne d’une maison dans lotissement très calme, à 2 km du centre ville environ. L’ensemble est très propre. Possibilité de se garer devant le logement. L’entrée se fait de manière autonome
Pour rejoindre le studio il faut passer devant les fenêtres de la maison, ce qui est un peu gênant. Mais une fois que vous y êtes il n’y a pas de vis à vis. Ce n’est pas très grand, mais tout est fonctionnel. Le lit est sur une mezzanine et l’accès n’est pas simple, nous avons trouvé cela original et nous avons bien aimé mais cela peut être dérangeant voire rédhibitoire pour certaines personnes. L’entrée dans le logement se fait par un volet roulant qui était bruyant et un peu défectueux, il ne faut pas oublier de le mentionner car cela peut surprendre.
