El apartamento tiene una sala amplia ideal para reunirse, y las habitaciones son bastante cómodas aunque para 10 personas entramos muy justos. Creo que es un apartamento ideal para 6 personas (todas durmiendo en camas).
Algunos muebles se encuentran con humedades y poco mantenimiento, al igual que el piso flotante que en algunos lugares esta levantado. Por otro lado, tuvimos la mala suerte de que una manguera del baño se rompió mientras no estábamos inundando todo el departamento. Lo positivo es que Raul rápidamente nos facilitó otro apartamento similar a 2 cuadras de allí.
