every possible facility and more. Even a meat slicer and heatsealer for sandwich wrapping. Very clean throughout. Decorations were really good.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was kind and flexible with the check in and we appreciate it very much. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the garden and facilities leisurely. We highly recommend the house to anyone visiting Exeter

The property is tucked away in a small close off a slightly bigger estate but the area was very pleasant and peaceful, there are amenities close by and the property is only a short drive away from any major stores and the main city centre of Exeter. The property is a very well presented family home which is just what we wanted. The kitchen is well fitted out, modern and spacious, the conservatory doubled up as a dinning room and was very well presented and the lounge was snug but very comfortable. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well kitted out as was the upstairs family bathroom and so was the utility room and downstairs toilet. There is parking for two cars to the front of the property and the gardens to the rear are very well presented and looked after, unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the gardens fully.
