Die Lage ist gut, ca. 5 Geh-Minuten direkt in die Fußgängerzone und 10 Minuten zu den Hafenwelten

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, da das Zimmer (das kein Apartment ist ) kleiner ist, als erwartet oder hier beschrieben.
Es handelt sich lediglich um ein Zimmer mit ca. 5 x 3 m mit einem Bett einer Couch und einer kleinen Küche in einem Hochhaus .
Badezimmer ist auch viel kleiner als hier auf den Bildern und mal ganz ehrlich, für 115 € die Nacht bekommt man schon ein ordentliches Hotel inkl. Frühstück, wobei das Zimmer in manchen Hotels gleich groß oder größer sein dürfte.
Der hohe Preis entschädigt auch nicht der Blick auf die Geste, oder dass es im 12. Stock ist.
