The apartment is located close to the metro station which makes it convenient for getting about the city.
The keys were handed over to us by the hospitality agent at check-in. We were staying in Derby, with the white couch. There are four lofts under the same roof in a stand-alone building on a quiet street with all the windows overlooking the sky.
The loft itself was good, just the bathroom may require some touch-ups. The beds and pillows were comfortable, its was very warm inside.

L'appartamento è in una bella posizione e la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima.
L'orario del check in è stato deciso arbitrariamente dall' agenzia. Il secondo giorno la password del wifi risultava scaduta, abbiamo segnato il problema, ma siamo rimasti senza wifi per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Il divano e la poltrona erano tutti macchiati

Quite far away from the center, but at least a metro station near by. It was warm and quiet.
They charged €20 extra for late check in after 20:00 and after 00:00 they could have charged €40. Which is unacceptable and not part of the check in normal rules. Also coffee machine available but no coffee capsules left in the place nor tea. Water pots not clean enough.
