The host was wonderful — always available, responsive, and extremely professional. Any issue was resolved immediately.
The apartment itself and its location were exactly as described.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place.
The only thing to note is that there is no dishwasher.

The apartment was in a great location—very central and close to shops and local amenities. It had three bedrooms with double beds, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The decor was pleasant, and the entire apartment was very spacious.
The apartment was very cold when we arrived, and once the heating was switched on, only two of the five heating units were functioning. We contacted the management via the Booking.com messaging system (another drawback, as no phone number was provided), and to their credit they arranged for a technician to come immediately. Unfortunately, he was only able to activate one additional unit, leaving the heaters in both bedrooms non-functional. This caused a significant problem, as our son had to stay at a friend’s house because his bedroom was too cold.
In the main bedroom, there was no sun shutter, blind, or thick curtain to block out the sunlight, which meant the room became very bright early in the morning and made it difficult to sleep.
The bathroom was small and smelled strongly of sewage, and the shower used a cheap plastic curtain that sticks to your skin, making the experience very uncomfortable. A glass shower door would be more in line with modern standards.
Finally, during our three-day stay, the elevator was out of service for at least seven hours. Although management arranged for repairs, we had to walk up and down seven floors twice during that time. In addition, the elevator is extremely small, with a very low door height (approximately 178 cm), requiring taller guests to bend down to avoid hitting their heads. It could only accommodate one person with a large suitcase, so we had to take turns going up to the apartment.
