Alphabet Apartments - Binnenrotte 102

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, the apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a lot of space to store supplies. Check-in was easy, we received a door code 24 hours in advance and had no issues accessing the apartment. Location is great, walking distance to everything. A great place for exploring the city.

No complaints about anything, just a word of advice that might be helpful to light sleepers--we were on the first floor and the two bars downstairs are quite popular, so there will be a bit of noise until around midnight. It becomes fairly minimal with the windows closed but something to keep in mind. And the market is on Tuesdays and Saturdays, so keep in mind that there will be noise in the very early morning (4am onwards) as the stalls are being set up. Not a deal breaker in any way, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring some ear plugs.

Uitstekend verzorgd en schoon appartement. In de keuken geen oven of vaatwasser maar dat war geen probleem. Verder alles tot in details aanwezig om zelf te koken. Ook aanwezig: Koffie cups voor eerste dag, peter, zout, wc papier, keukenrol, badkamerspullen. Bonus: wasmachine/droger combinatie. Perfectie locatie midden in het centrum van Rotterdam. Aan de achterkant wel duidelijk hoorbare grote airco's maar daar heb ik zelf weinig last van gehad. Bij storing met toegangscode was er snel contact met host en snel opgelost (op zondag!)

Als ik iets kleins mag aangeven: misschien duidelijker aangeven dat schoonmaak 1x per week op maandag plaats vindt?

Plumbing was incorrectly connected to a DANGEROUS level. Water supply was RED for cold and BLUE for Hot a scalding hazard Staff took 4 days to correct issue with TV remote Advertised as having a kitchen. All it had was a 2 ring hotplate without grill oven microwave or toaster All elements in a simple kitchen.
