Emplacement idéal, très jolie vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, plage très accessible.

Equipements très anciens et très fragiles dans toutes les pièces, les murs devraient être repeints car des traces d'humidité et de moisissures y sont présents. L'appartement devrait être globalement rénové.

L’emplacement est magnifique et la deco années 70 très sympa.

La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte : papier décoloré et moisi mais tout est tout de même très propre
