Appartamento pulito e con vista sul lungarno
Il wc perdeva acqua, non funzionava il Wi-Fi, l host parlava solo inglese, il soffitto del soppalco è oggettivamente troppo basso e la scala per accedervi angusta e pericolosa.

- Desidero esprimere la mia delusione per il servizio dell’host durante il mio soggiorno. L’host afferma di essere disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e invita a contattarlo in caso di necessità. Tuttavia, quando ho posto alcune domande, non ho ricevuto risposte precise alle mie richieste. Ieri sera, ad esempio, ho chiesto se fosse possibile riscaldare l’appartamento, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Abbiamo quindi dormito in un alloggio piuttosto freddo, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno poco confortevole. Mi dispiace che questa mancanza di attenzione abbia rovinato un’esperienza che avrebbe potuto essere piacevole. - Problema nella doccia: L'acqua non defluisce correttamente nello scarico, rendendo la doccia difficile da usare.
