We felt safe and it was a great neighborhood.
Parking was an issue; however, we were aware of street parking.

The inside of the property was lovely. Really clean and a great space for us to relax after a busy day in Edinburgh. Towels laid out on the bed was very welcoming and some generic Edinburgh tourist information was laid on the table. The staff (Greg) replied promptly to queries. I would certainly recommend as it was value for money compared to other places.
I must admit, when I saw the outside of the property I thought I had made an error, as the apartment below was in a real state of distress, rubbish everywhere and even a door discarded on the grass outside it. Yet, as I said the inside of our apartment was immaculate. We could hear the person in the apartment below which was great. It would have been nice to have a little booklet to orientate you to the apartment and the surrounding area ie places to eat, shop, and even local transport routes.

Everything was great the whole experience was nice, nice cozy apartment, me and my friend both went there with our partners and the whole place was very clean and everything was working fine all the appliances, toiletries, Utensils, everything was there for use I checked in at 11 in the night through self check in process, the area was very quite calm, good people who wants to relax for holidays Edinburgh centre was just 15 mints drive away, for people who don’t have cars I don’t know the reliability of the buses but overall experience was good we enjoyed alot. The only thing that was missing was a microwave so we heated our food up through traditional way using the kitchenware, if the owner put microwave there, I believe this place could be one of the best places to stay in Edinburgh, affordable and awesome.

Good bus service into city centre
The garden views were like being on a rubbish tip.
There was an overwhelming smell of bleach when we entered the property which triggered an asthma attack. The beds were not very comfortable
