Overall a good stay. Very well maintained, clean and well equipped. I appreciated having a garage parking space as well. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the location near the Shaker Lakes. I was a little frustrated when the outside door code didn't work one night. I would recommend you add to the entry instructions to pull the door while entering the code in case this happens. I would also recommend replacing large fry pan as the handle is broken and loose.

The location of this place was awesome. It is close to some great parks and to shopping and is located in a great neighborhood. I will be staying there again as family is nearby. The one critique I have is that I asked of the possibility of checking in early (about an hour) and was told that I could for a fee. Since this is managed by a management company I guess that's to be expected, but I haven't experienced that before through VRBO, especially if the place was ready. All in all, however, a great experience!
