Outside, you’ll find a private pool with a wooden sundeck, a shaded outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue—ideal for enjoying meals in the warm Dalmatian evenings. Each bedroom offers a luxurious bed for restful nights, while amenities like billiards, ping pong, a fitness room, and air-conditioning in all rooms ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With easy access to local conveniences and cultural and historic points of interest plus close proximity to islands, you’ll have the perfect base for an unforgettable seaside holiday.

A variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the local charm of Seget Donji—a peaceful fishing village known for its picturesque harbor and beautiful beach with calm, crystal-clear waters, perfect for a relaxing escape from crowded tourist spots. Life here moves at a gentle pace, with locals producing traditional olive oil, goats’ cheese, and preserved anchovies. The local cuisine is a delight, featuring fresh seafood, olives, and the region’s distinctive Malvasia wine. From Seget Donji, you can easily take a boat trip to the nearby islands or explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Trogir, located just 2 km away.
